Well, this year is finally over. It's been a doozy, for sure.

We've come full circle from men not being able to run for office because of the color of their skin to a man being elected president because of the color of his skin.

I've gone from not having health insurance to soon being fined for not having health insurance.

We got a loan and spent $25k plugging holes in the roof, walls, and windows of our house.

We bought a "new" car - before the old one died, for once.

We changed Churches - before the old one died, for once.

My health has actually declined and improved on different fronts.

Jon started school - and is blowing those kids in his video classroom away!

More friends from the old group passed away - there's only two of us left now. Criminee, I'm old.

So me things are better, some are worse - others will change more drastically soon.

Here's to a better year this next year!
